I just spoke with customer service today, a Saturday, after 5pm, to straighten out an order. Not only did they refund me on my shipping but I was able to get help with a return and a lost in transit item that I can’t find. All at no charge. How extremely helpful and professional.. Really grateful.. Thank you!!
