Prolux 7000 Upright Sealed HEPA Vacuum with on board tools and 7 Year Warranty

After using one time the vacuum has a issue when putting it in upright position it won't lock into place.This is the second time I have bought a vacuum from you and something went wrong with it the first day of use I bought two backpack vacuums and the power head stopped working on one of them the first day these vacuums are very expensive and I won't be buying anymore for my business I will go back to using shark vacuums because they hold up to my 150 plus homes that I clean and they are alot cheaper and better quality

My product arrived in a damaged box. Rather than replace the machine - which CHIRPS - the company has asked me (a very nontechnical person) to troubleshoot the issue. Not what I expect from an expensive, highly rated product.

Great machine

My Prolux 7000 is all you would expect out of a vacuum. I love all the on board tools. I would highly recommend this vacuum.
