Bellissimo!
I don't often gush about a product, but to me Traditional 18-year Balsamic not only helps make a meal an experience, it is also an experience all its own. Its pleasant scent adds to the thick consistency and savory flavor, and the ebony color adds visual depth to a presentation. I like to use this balsamic not because of the senses that it stimulates but also due to its kitchen practicality. It mixes easily with other ingredients, and its distinctive flavor requires less oil in oil-and-vinegar combinations than do other balsamics I have tried. (In fact, for some uses, it works well as a dressing without adding any oil at all.) At the same time, when combined with other flavors it remains dutifully in the background without overpowering the palate. I'm so glad Traditional 18-year Balsamic was recommended to me. I'll be back for more.

one for us and one for a gift
We love the traditional 18 year balsamic vinegar! We had an Italian themed Christmas dinner and when we heard our nephew was bringing caprese to the dinner at our niece"s ( his sis') house , we thought they needed a bottle, too.
