Terrible customer service

24 days ago I purchased this item. It's too dark, and I want to exchange it. I immediately tried to start an exchange on the webiste, which tried to charge me a lot of money for the supposedly free exchange. So I spent two weeks trying to reach someone about it. Finally someone wrote back and said I'd hear from someone else quickly. I did not. I've written more, and I THINK left a message. Soon they will be telling it's too late to return or exchange. I'm writing this terrible review so that maybe someone will be embarrassed into fixing the problem. (BTW, I happen to like the proiduct, and own it in a different shade. I'm just really angry at the way I've been treated.)

Pressed foundation makes my skin glow!

his is the only foundation I will ever wear. I hate liquid foundations, but this stuff is almost between a powder and a liquid. I moisturize my face before, and then it makes it go on even better. It fills in imperfections and evens out my skin tone. I can't live without this!

I ordered this powder after a two year break and it's better than ever! Will definitely order again as soon as mine runs out and not wait two years again!
