Earthing & Grounding Mat for Bed

It works well. This is not my first grounding mat and it makes a difference in my sleep and inflammation. I took off a star because the way it straps to the bed is terrible. It only goes top to bottom, rather than around the corners, which makes the sides roll in. The straps are also stretched to the max and I’m afraid they won’t last long, but so far they haven’t broken.

Since I began using the grounding bed mat, I have noticed the biggest difference in my circulation. Specifically in my legs. They do not swell up like they did before throughout the day. My feet feel better as well. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is I do not know about the longevity of the product. So far its great!

Sleeping better

I have had many good nights sleep since I’ve been sleeping on it. Not every night but mostly. I only complaint is when it’s a cold night getting in on that cold mat is not fun, but it warms up pretty quickly.
