Locust Honey

Personal preference

I wanted to try this because my mom had lucust trees when I was a kid, and I figured if the honey tasted anything as nice as the locust blossoms smelled, it would be really delicious. However, to me it just tastes like basic honey, not special the way the Basswood honey tastes. That one is still my favorite! There's nothing wrong with this honey, I just prefer the flavor of the Basswood.

The promise of spring

Pure, smooth and sweet. I'm looking forward to June when the Locust trees are in blossom. I'll put the fragrant flowers in my pancakes and spread with this honey. A doubly Locust treat!

The Locust honey is exquisite!

I have purchased this Locust honey for the past three years and have been thrilled EVERY time. I only wish that there was more of it produced each year. Thank you for all y'all are doing to make such wonderful products available year after year.
