I've always loved this lure, specifically the silver color with the black back. I've caught a lot of fish on it - as long as the hooks do not become entangled. There is, and always has been, a design flaw in this lure. The rear treble hook is too close to the middle treble hook and it is very easy for the two to become interlocked. I've missed a few fish only to find out that the hooks were tangled. I always check for that before I cast. So, I assume that when the hooks do get tangled, it must occur when the lure hits the water at the end of the cast. Other than that, great lure!

This is a great crank bait

I have every color of this bait and have caught Bass on all of them except the Chrome. I fish a lot of beaver ponds and I've caught bass, crappie, sunfish, and blue gill while casting it. The ones with the orange or red bellies seem to catch the most. I've also caught plenty of trout while trolling.
