I can not figure out how to use

A lot shinier than what I was expecting, but I love the shine and rhe color nonetheless. It took a minite to get used to because it’s been a minute since I’ve used ine, but it yileded some great results. Super happy with the purchase, and I highly recommend this to anyone wanting to swtich from a disposable.
