The product and customer service are 10/10. I can't rate this item 5 stars, though, simply because of the shipping provider that they use. My order shipped with SpeedX and was stuck in one spot for a month+. I tried contacting SpeedX, but was never actually contacted by a worker. Only their automated AI system. I tried contacting Henson, but obviously once it's been shipped, it's out of their hands. Once the item got to me, my packages were already opened and looked through. I know this wasn't Henson's fault, but SpeedX is a notoriously bad shipping service, and I feel they could go with a service that is more reliable. The razor is phenomenal, though don't get me wrong.

Love the look of the stand, and of course, it functions as designed.
Best blades to use if you have sensitive or acne prone skin.
