Great Brownies! Untrustworthy Delivery...

The brownies were delicious! The amount of filling you get is perfect, a great crunch in every bite. The delivery was a bit disappointing though. DPD didn't ring the door bell, I could see the gent from the window put my box of brownies on its side inbetween gate posts and send the delivered email. I nipped down stairs to get them and spoke to the DPD guy about not ringing the bell, he made a poor excuse of ringing the wrong bell even though I had seen him make no attempt. Companies have a responsibility to hold their delivery service to account, as I'm sure the DPD gent didn't have time to run up and down stairs and meet his delivery quota set by DPD. Patisserie Valerie, remind DPD what service you pay and your customers pay for and in turn support the on the ground DPD staff by requesting lower daily targets. Maybe then my bloke would have had time to drop off my parcel correctly.
