Chavanc Crafted Solid Wood Nebulizing Diffuser

This wireless diffuser is absolutely amazing! I keep one on my covered patio and another in my studio, and it even has a lovely built-in night light—couldn’t ask for anything better!

I’ve been using my diffuser for a couple of months now, and I absolutely love the sense of calm and relaxation it brings to my space. Recently, it stopped working, so I reached out to the CHAVANC support team. They were incredibly patient and professional. After analyzing the issue, they figured out that I had overfilled the essential oil and hadn't cleaned the nebulizer bottle yet. This caused a blockage and oil backflow, which unfortunately damaged the base. Not only did they walk me through how to properly clean and maintain it (reminder: wash the nebulizer bottle every 1–2 weeks!), but they also generously sent me a brand-new replacement base free of charge. I am so grateful for their quick and hassle-free solution. I’ll definitely keep buying their essential oils—this brand truly cares about its customers!
