This bowl is gorgeous but what is most impressive is the customer service! I got a call that unfortunately my PKG would not arrive by Mother’s Day.I asked if there were any options, I was told i would be called right back , I soon received a call . The lady was talking to me and someone near her as well as someone via email. She said “OK, here is what we can do , I’ll duplicate your order , send it next day , then return the 1st PKG after Mothers Day . They saved the Day! Mother’s Day !
My procrastination had 3 people tied up to make this happen and for that I am sorry and extremely grateful , you don’t get service like that anymore . Great company and beautiful products A+++

Top notch service
The bowl I got came damaged but they were awesome to take care of everything pretty quick. Things happen especially to wood but they have great customer service. Definitely a great company who takes care of their customers. Mywife loves the product

Mothers Day gift gone to perfection.
Bought this as a Mother’s Day gift for my wife and she has almost used it non stop. She loved the bowl, the pearls, the wicks and the scent. I was skeptical because I saw this on Instagram, but its good quality product
