Super Sensitive Mineral Sunscreen SPF 50 (Essential Oil Free)

My skin is very problematic. I had a problem with acne when I was younger and still now have a very oily skin. I don't like creams with SPF . I have tried a lot of different ones always going for the most natural. Unfortunately my skin were always getting clogged and next day I had a face full of acne... Now I'm pregnant and my acne returned full time 😳 I've decided to try the one with lavender oil. I don't use it every day only when I know I have to be out all day in the sun. I have to say I didn't notice any new breakouts. After a while my skin gets a bit oily but not clogged or anything so it's ok. I will stick with it for now definitely. I'm going for holidays for a two weeks and probably will be using it every day so that will be the best test!

I've been looking for a non-oily face and neck sun protector that I could rely on for protection for some time now, and when I came across Husk & Seed I was both sceptical (could such a small bottle of liquid sunscreen be truly safe to use and cost-effective) and excited - I do like trying something new. Happily, I haven't been disappointed. This liquid sunscreen goes a long way, so only a small amount is needed, and although it does look a bit shiny on first application, a bit of powder soon takes care of that. All in all, I fully recommend this Husk & Seed 50 SPF sunscreen.

I have been using your sunscreen for the last few weeks and yesterday was the first real test when I had to be outside in the sun watching my daughters sports day. I was out for just over an hour and have got sun burn. I'm furious! I never burn my face! I knew I was going to be out so doubled up the coverage by applying in the morning and then reapplying before leaving the house a few hours later. I haven't burnt my face since my early 20's and been so careful since then. Your product doesn't work and it's dangerous. I trusted it to protect my skin and it has sorely let me down. This morning my skin still feels irritated and sore. Now I've had to order my old spf and pay extra to get it here fast as I'm going to be out in the sun for the next week or so I wont be using your products again. Before you ask, I shake the bottle every time before applying and use the product very liberally on my face and neck. I want a full refund and for the product to be pulled from your shop and redesigned before more people end up burnt. I can't believe that this product got through spf testing and made it to market when it's not safe!
