Unfortunately, my experience with this product was very disappointing. I ordered black and red ithmid kohl along with a kohl container and applicator sticks, but the packaging was extremely poor and unprofessional. The kohl container arrived looking used, as there were visible traces of black kohl inside it, which is completely unacceptable in terms of hygiene and quality. Additionally, the red ithmid bottle had red/brown residue on the cap, indicating that it had been opened or used before shipping. This raises serious concerns about the cleanliness and safety of the product, especially since it is meant for use on the eyes. I do not recommend purchasing unless the packaging and quality control are significantly improved. Additionally, there is no certificate or official seal indicating that the product is authentic.
