Bug out.

I am in the middle of first detox. The taste is something to get use to but not near as bad as I thought it could've been. You must shake super well. Just ordered my 2nd bottle for second round. Good so far.

Shipping was very fast! Good consistency & gentle. Doesn’t taste bad either. My only complaint is that if you want to do the true cleanse with repeat in two weeks, you will need to order another bottle. Did not know that when I ordered.

I have not noticed any difference. The recommendation of 1-ounce 2x daily for five (5) days, must have been incorrect because the bottle did not contain ten (10) ounces of the bugout. I was able to take 1-ounce 2x daily for four (4) days and one dose on the fifth (5th) day.
