A little disappointed this time

The first time I ordered I was extremely happy with my order. However this time I ordered a large jar of alphalfa honey. And half of the contents were and are already crystalized. I understand needing to get rid of last year's stock. But it should be offered for a lower cost. As I DO NOT CARE FOR CRYSTALIZED HONEY. I am a contesseur of honey. And this product wasn't worth the money this time. I stayed with ames as result of my happiness with the quality from last time. I do not know if I will order from them again.
