I have been purchasing different Ames Farm's honeys for years and have enjoyed every single kind. I use them in tea, and in baking and cooking. And when I feel a cold coming on, I mix them with cinnamon to help myself feel better fast (that may be an "old-wives' tale" but I believe it).
