Install manuals need work

Several items came with scuffs and scrapes in the paint which was not ideal. I could see bare metal in places. What I found more disappointing was that the PDF for assembly of the tire rack/ladder wasn’t nearly as detailed as it ought to be; the install manual for the roof rack was also lack luster as there was no PDF, rather only a video to watch. The video lacked a lot of necessary details. Ultimately everything is installed now and it looks good, but a detailed PDF for install instruction would’ve been great.

Easy to install following the video. However the written instructions weren’t that clear and ended up with spare parts — it would be great to know that they are in fact spare and not that I made a mistake in the installation

If you don't want an overpriced rear carrier and ladder, this is it. The quality of the packaging, parts and the actual product is top notch, it's just as good as the more expensive competitors. Installation is straightforward and it took about 3 hours of listening to music and enjoying the installation by myself. Highly recommend it.
