This is the 2nd back bath pillow that I have purchased in the last month. They were both gifts for my husband as he likes to spend hours in the tub. He was unsure about having a big pillow in water, but once he tried it he was hooked. It is very comfortable, and it does not get cold when wet, which was one of his concerns. I bought this 2nd one so I could alternate the pillows every day as he takes long baths every night. So far so good. I have washed each inner pillow, and they seem to hold their shape well. The only thing is that this one seems to be harder to keep from floating even when it was brand new. It is some work for me as I have to take each one apart every other day to be sure that they dry completely, but my husband enjoys the comfort so much that it is worth it, especially as he does have chronic back pain.
