Sleep like a baby (finally)! Honestly, this stuff is a game-changer. If you’re anything like me—someone whose nose has been through the wars and now whistles like a kettle—then you’re in for a treat. For the first time in ages, it’s silent nights over here 🌙 Haven’t touched the mouth pieces yet… don’t really need them (unless I fancy keeping the Mrs quiet for a bit 😉). I did give the strips a go during a workout, but let’s just say sweat and sticky things don’t mix—especially when you live in the Mediterranean, where the weather feels like you’re training inside a volcano.
