I've had amazing germination with everything from you all and customer service is top notch. You have loyal customer here! Thank you and love the sample packs to try stuff. I could not believe the germination on the spearmint seeds! Never been able to get them to grow all these years until the seedsnow spearmint!

Germination was a little off for Swiss Chard - Magenta Sunset

My seeds are indoors under ample grow lights on a timer (17 hours "on" and 7 hours "off"). My heat mat is also temperate controlled to hold temps. Plus two small fans to avoid a micro-climate (further way from the leafy plants/trays which are more prone to dry out). All that said, we did not get the optimal germination on our Swiss Chard that is advertised on the package. Beans and Squash I'd say did closer to the 85% germination, but the Swiss Chard did not perform at expected germination rate advertised. I ended up with eight plants looking good, yet they are still small and indoors in a controlled setting. Plants get a steady once per day watering from soaking the full tray. They also get checked up on prior to the full tray watering (bottom watered) via a spray bottle (top watered) as the watering method to maintain optimal watering for all the plants.
