An outstanding ripe pu erh.
Menghai generally produces good to great tea. This, the Red Da Yi Brick, was very close to what I am looking for in a Pu Erh. Earthy, long lasting (six or seven paos per pot, I disremember exactly), complex, refreshing and soothing. A really nice tea to start the day. It's kind of close to a now legendary Menghai 1993 (What was that? 7573, 7576? I forget) that I think of as the prototypal five-star pu erh. Thanks for making this and other pu erh teas available to us outlanders,

The best.
My absolute favorite 熟普洱茶 I can only describe it as hot Dr. Pepper with sweet cream, incredibly good!
