Colour of this ceremonial matcha is Deep, vibrant green compared to top Japanese brands. Lovely Aroma and freshness, which is a sign of stone-ground & shade-grown ceremonial-grade matcha The taste is crisp, with complex flavours, along with umami from the Uji cultivar, giving an authentic Japanese matcha experience. Excellent for lattes as I like the strong punch to it. I do add 4g per latte cup to make the best tasting matcha lattes. Excellent customer service as it was delivered quickly and came with a small bamboo spoon chashaku.

I found this and grabbed it. 2. How are you using it (matcha latte, tea, baking, café)? Matcha Latte and Tea. Sometimes I use to make cookies. 3. How would you describe the flavour and colour? In terms of flovour I can say this one has balanced umami and strong. Colour has been the greenest ever 4. What results or difference have you noticed? Works best as coffee replacement for regulated caffeine boost.
