First, Soaring Heart provides excellent products and even better customer service. Now onto my review: This is the second contour pillow I've purchased from Soaring Heart (the first being in 2020) due to a breakdown in the material from body heat, sweat, or both. I didn't use a pillow protector so that's on me; likely not a Soaring Heart issue. That said, the weight and resistance of this new pillow just feel less substantial. I spoke with customer service (excellent btw, offered to replace as needed) and they confirmed there has been no change in the product itself over the years and is likely due to a different batch for both the weight & resistance. Perhaps the weight I was feeling in the old pillow one was due to sweat adding up over time? Regardless, excellent pillow, but if you need more support this may or may not be the best fit for you. At any rate, they still get a 5-star review! I just think prospective customers should be aware this pillow does not offer the heavy resistance you might expect." Most amazing pillow!

I have tried several pricey pillows over the last few years for neck issues. I also use a CPAP machine with headgear for sleep apnea, so finding the right pillow has been daunting and unsuccessful. I already have a latex mattress from Soaring heart that I absolutely love, so I decided to try the Ergonomic Latex pillow and I was pleasantly surprised to have the most comfortable sleep in years-no neck pain-just absolute comfort. I alternate between sleeping on my back and both sides, and the pillow is perfect (even while wearing the headgear). I found my forever pillow! Wish I had purchased sooner.

I really like the pillow so far, its soft and supportive and has a nice shape for my neck. Glad I got it while they still had some in stock.
