I was dying to get the hoopmaster but the cost was just insane but these magnetic hoops are brilliant! They’ve really made such a difference to the time it takes to hoop my items and hooping burns are no longer an issue. I did have a problem with original delivery but was no fault of the company and Olivia who was emailing me sorted it straight away and I honestly couldn’t fault the customer service. I already ordered more than once and it won't be the last time. These frames are easy to position and really protect the garment. The best thing is, that you don't have to change the width, because all of them are the same size, you only have to check the size of your motive.
