Too tight

I bought the case so my phone wouldn't get scratched. However, the case is so tight that I couldn't get it off my new phone and had to use something to help me remove it. That ended up leaving a scratch on my phone. And that makes me incredibly angry. I guess it's partly my fault, but it really shouldn't have happened

The case itself is great and feels nice in the hand. Cover which protects the lenses does it's job but is made from a hard plastic which feels a bit cheap.
