Pistachio and Raspberry Delight Cake

Delicious!

I was dubious, but went for it. The icing is slightly greener than in the photo, but the taste is amazing. The cake is moist and soft with a delicate, beautiful flavour. Will definitely order from here again.

Gorgeous cake

I always treat my loved ones to cakes from Patisserie Valerie! The pistachio and raspberry did not disappoint for my friend’s birthday 🎂 Everyone loved the moist sponge and pistachio cream!

A lovely cake and delightful textures

Having tried this cake as part of the summer four-cake box we decided to try the whole cake. Typically of Patisserie Valerie the sponge was soft and light. I wouldn't say this was my favourite cake of the ones we tried but that's down to personal preference. My husband loved it but then is not fond of my favoured coffee cake. These are truly treats for us and that's what we feel when we know one is on its way.
