I placed an order for this horse, and when it arrived, it was broken. But the workmanship was so incredibly amazing, that I ordered a second horse! I reached out to the company to let them know the model was broke in shipping, and they immediately ordered me a replacement for free! The customer service was amazing. You get a response within hours when you reach out to this company. And a real person responds to you. I received my replacement horse in the mail today. I am so incredibly impressed with the quality of these models. I highly highly recommend this company. They deserve way beyond five stars. I will be buying lots more models.
