Great as a coffee creamer

We’re really liking this as a non-diary coffee creamer. Our go to creamer company went out of business, and we’ve been struggling to find a suitable replacement. So far this one fits the bill. It dissolves easily and doesn’t over power our coffee with off taste, it’s fairly neutral and allows the coffee taste to shine. It says it has a sweetener in it but I find I need to add a small amount of sugar for my taste. I just added it to a smoothie today and it helped to make it creamier.
