This latest book by David Fletcher on the Rolls Royce Armoured Car adds to the Osprey & Haynes books on the subject by the same author - an excellent and informative book - however it has one important omission - while it mentions the RRAC in R.U.C service in Ulster it makes absolutely no mention of it`s service in Ireland with the Royal Irish Constabulary Auxiliary Division during the period of 1919 - 21 during their conflict with the I.R.A .

My husband was pleasantly surprised to receive your book I purchased for him for Christmas. Beautiful pictures, stories and diagrams... Very well put together. I, myself, was very pleased to see this piece of history well documented.

A good read.

This is an excellent book on the Rolls Royce armoured car. Covering it's service history and surviving examples. The one thing that I couldn't find in this book though was what colours were used to paint them .
