I was very disappointed to find a clearly visible scratch or scuff on the back of the leather as soon as I unpacked it. I fully understand that leather naturally has variations in grain, texture, and markings, and I actually appreciate those characteristics. However, the mark on this product does not appear to be a natural characteristic of the leather. It looks more like physical damage or a scuff caused during manufacturing or handling. This is not a minor imperfection that can only be noticed upon close inspection. The mark is clearly visible, and I find it difficult to understand how a product in this condition could have passed a proper quality inspection and been shipped out. Given that returns and exchanges are significantly more difficult for international customers, I could not help but wonder whether products in this condition are being shipped out because of that.

Great craftsmanship, very high quality, really happy with the products. If I was knit picking, just wish the inner pockets were deeper to fit the apple 96W charging bricks. Fantastic product otherwise though.
