The Signature Petite Little Black Dress

Lovely dress, sizing doesn’t match size chart

I absolutely loved this dress — the fabric is of very good quality and it looks beautiful on. The cut is very flattering and it sits nicely on the body overall. However, unfortunately, the sizing does not seem to match the size chart. I ordered my usual size (XS), which should correspond to a bust measurement of 83 cm (33 inches). My measurements are exactly within that range, yet the dress is far too tight in the bust. In reality, it compresses my bust to around 81 cm, and at the same time does not hold it securely at all. With any movement, it feels as though my bust is about to slip out of the dress entirely. It’s a real shame, as the dress itself is lovely, but the sizing — particularly in the bust area — is clearly inaccurate.
