This is my 2nd rucksack as bought my son one for xmas … love the colour ajd material. Just dont know if i should have gone for larger option as I use for food shopping … like they are still offering free messenger bag too. ** One thing that woukd be really useful is a small zipped pocket in the back hidden for your phone against your back in padding.

Excellent! And absolutely fantastic customer service. I forgot to add the free side shoulder bag as part of the promo when purchased and only realised once I had paid that the side bag was not in the delivery. They immediately rectified it and sent me the bag by next day post. Thank you!
