Flawless Brightly Eye Serum

Was really looking forward to receiving this eye serum however, it just leaves a cake like residue under makeup no matter how little i put on.

My honest review is that , ive been using brighly serum for my face and also thr retinoid lesser strength , issues i abd faced was clogging of my skin, it says brightly serum but it was pretty thick consistency when applied . I was hoping for it to get rid of clogged pores and smoothen it out . Unfortunately for me it worked the opposite , i had 3 new blackheads which are until now still there , veey disappointed with these 2 products . The neutralising gel was ok, i did see reduction in pinple size when applied. The other products were a disappointment .
