Was shipped and packaged great came in with now issues install was very easy been great on my tank and even had a friend buy one just like it for his new tank

Just Poor

Poor shipping speeds and no want to help when I asked about the shipping. Paid extra large amount for express shipping, which I get is slow when going overseas, but once I had the tracking I could see that the parcel sat at the local depo for 30 days, when I asked Fiji cube guys, the was no care in the world and they did not want to help at all. As i said to they at the time, they really should care as giving them a bad name, but they didn't. Then when I finally did get it almost 5 months after ordering it, I used the template to drill the holes in the glass and it was wrong, and I could not use the internal box, then the overflow box at the back uses 1 inch pipe but the box is so small that if you use 1 inch pipe to build your pipe work you can not use the middle outlet. Questionable

I have not installed the overflow box yet but just by opening it makes me question the construction of the box. First I noticed the plating on diamond drill bit was chipping and started to rust. And second when I went to remove the internal part of the overflow from the 2 large bulkheads the fitting wasn't glued properly and the fitting almost came out. Luckily that part is on the inside of the tank. Otherwise the rest of the overflow looks good. I just hope I dont have any issues when my tank is drilled and full of water.
