Denim Jacket - Guardian 2 Selvedge

Everything about the jacket seems good except for the rivet button that popped off when I tried it on. I haven’t even taken the tags off yet. It looks like the rivet wasn’t set as well as all the others. I have several pairs of N&F jeans and have never had a problem with the buttons. 3 stars because I have contacted customer service twice and have received no response in over a week. The jacket is sold out in my size. I don’t want to return it, I just want a replacement button.
