Prolific and cool little snacks
Seeds germinated well. I ended up with four plants that I put along the end of a 4x6 raised bed. We added a 5' high piece of garden fence as a makeshift trellis, and once they got going, the went crazy and covered the trellis. The tiny yellow flowers attracted lots of bees and other pollinators. So far I have probably harvested a good quart of these little dudes, and there are more coming all the time. I plan to pickle some, but they are fun to eat off the vines. To me they just taste like cucumbers, I don't detect any lemony flavor like some say. Will definitely grow again next year! Try them, if you like cucumbers you will like them.

Mexican Gherkins
These little cucumbers have taken a while to get growing from seed. They are currently growing in containers.
