Just right when you need more compression

These are great for daytime wear, very comfortable. To me they have medium compression (average size hand) and help with twinges that I can get with weather changes in my CMC joint. I can't wear them at night as the tip of my thumb goes numb. Also because they are silicone they do make for sweaty hands. But I find that wearing them for a couple hours works well. As others mentioned, you have to figure out your personal trick for getting them on and off.

This is a great product

I like the gel thumb brace. I have a small hand and it takes a few minutes to get positioned but once I do it feels good. I worry it may be shot during the summer months.......but right now I am happy
