I really liked that before finalising the pendant, you actually sent me a picture to ask, approve if I like it. I find it extremely useful, and I appreciate the interactions and prompt feedback. The pendant looked perfect, and the only thing I needed to do was to approve. Also, you are extremely prompt, and I placed the order in the evening. Next morning, I could already see the picture with the pendant. Thank you. ❤️
