Pickles galore

Great. Vines are vigorous and producing pounds and pounds of beautiful cukes. Have a crock full bubbling away and two canner loads Jared up in the fruit cellar.

My New Favorite

I originally just planted a few of these to use for pickling, but they produced mature fruit before my other variety, so I ended up slicing some. The taste was so juicy and sweet that I ended up eating a lot of them fresh. From one packet of seeds me and my mother-in-law grew so many cucumbers that we both did all of our canning, fresh eating, and gave buckets full to the neighbors. Mom eventually pulled up her plants because she was tired of picking cucumbers. This is my new go-to variety.
