My favorite piece of clothing

I have worn it every day since I got it, it’s beautiful and very well-constructed, it’s been through the wash once so far and it was good as new, no color loss, no shape change, lining still perfectly soft. My best friend (31F) and dad (69M) both want one after seeing mine so it’s got vast appeal lol

Not what it looks like

It was all one color/ not a faded look at all which is the main reason why I got it. Customer service was awful and he gaslit me and told me my photos and video/ that I was wrong. Didn’t care to fix it or anything and you get no refunds- only credit which is a joke. They don’t care about their customers- he was so rude. As another small business owner I was appalled by the responses.
