Overpriced Hoodie, Bad Company

Ordered two hoodies back in late May and they were too big when I got them (I just got the wrong size for me, no biggie). When I went to exchange though, I selected XL when I wanted to size down to L, so I emailed them about it. I was told it was cool and they'd send Ls, but they didn't. They refused to send them and wanted me to go through another exchange process, which I said was unacceptable since they told me I'd get Ls and it would take another two weeks to exchange again. They then straight up ghosted my emails, until I disputed the charge with my bank, after which they were magically willing to send the hoodies for free. Like if you need your $150 taken away before you treat your customers correctly, you're prioritizing the wrong aspect of your business homie. I was also blamed by customer service employee Sakshi despite me quoting their own words saying that I'd be sent Ls. I wasn't even gonna write a review since this was resolved in mid June (took over a week from the first email for them to send the other hoodies), but they keep spamming my email to leave a review. So here: they're okay. The material is nice but the cuffs stretch loose incredibly fast and the cut doesn't look that amazing. The arms are short and the torso is wide on me (6'4" 225lbs M). You can get better fitting hoodies made from better quality, organic-certified cotton for almost half the price from another company who seems to care less about their expendable income and more about their customers.
