I’m so glad I bought this bag. The overall quality is excellent and it genuinely feels well made and durable. The colours look even better in person and it has quickly become one of my favourite pieces of kit . The only minor point for me is the zips. They stick slightly at times, although being in the military I’m very used to YKK zips, so that is probably what I naturally compare everything against. Even with that, it certainly hasn’t put me off the bag. Customer service and communication were brilliant throughout. I had a slight issue with the delivery, but it was resolved incredibly quickly and professionally, which says a lot about the company and how they look after their customers. I’m already looking at buying the 20L Everyday Bag and the Packable Backpack because this purchase has genuinely impressed me that much. One thing I would love to see in the future is a military discount. I honestly think the brand would be an easy sell within the Armed Forces community. Soldiers appreciate reliable, functional kit, and products like this fit perfectly into everyday military life, travel, commuting and gym use. Now I’m just waiting for the next sale so I can justify ordering more gear.
