Tore my MCL and partially tore my ACL so I haven't started yet. I have looked through and I absolutely love the way the program is user friendly, looking forward to starting as soon as I can.

I’m loving the workouts , and the nutrition guide is pretty cool we’ve made a few of the recipes already from the recipe Book , on the road to a better version of myself

Just started week 2 of the Fit for summer Challenge. I might not yet see any results, but I do already feel some changes. I love the exercises and how much (nutritional) information is provided with it. For me personally, the app is a plus, since each exercise has a short demo.
