The product itself is fine, but the tax fee was outrageous. I accessed a UK website with UK pricing, so I naturally assumed taxes were included. In the end, I was charged £60 in additional tax fees. This might be acceptable for customers within Europe, but for those outside of Europe, I wouldn’t recommend it. If this company wants to build a better reputation like Paloma-Wool, they should be more transparent. Instead of phrasing like ‘tax not included’ in small, hard-to-notice text, they should clearly display or include all taxes and fees, especially for customers shopping from outside Spain.
