Hola. Desde que tomo magnesio mi despertar es más despejado y reparador. Referente a Omega3 y VitaminaD3K2 seguro que por dentro estarán haciendo su función ya que tengo más aguante durante el día. No sé si tendrá que ver con ellas. Volveré a comprar. Gracias y saludos. Gema
