The circumference fit

This hat looks nice and it has a very good structure too but it fits it’s not exactly a XXL size… it needs to be a little bit more space around the circumference to fit in properly. Just a little bit more …

Size

I've purchased at least 20 hats from this company. All of them, large extra large. I can't understand why some fit very tight, and some feel perfect. With a New Era fitted hat, I wear a 7,5/8ths. But one flex fit large, large fits perfect and another one is REALLY TIGHT?
