Great watch bracelet slightly scratched but is being sorted great customer service

I’m not a watch guy…

…so I can’t talk technical or benchmark against vast experience of other watches. I did the usual web research and trusted the watch guy reviewers that this was a quality choice, and so that I understood the value proposition. (At the January sale price of under £250 I believe this was incredible value.) But in my inexpert opinion: I absolutely love it. I find myself distracted from work looking at it - particularly the way the handset features align as they pass. It feels solid but still comfortable on the wrist. If I had to nitpick, the specific colour scheme (panda face and silver hands) means legibility can suffer, but only a little. Very glad I treated myself.

Great watch, Perfect size for my wrists, Chrono works really well. Looks amazing
