A little sweet, a little kick of spice. Loved the texture being a little more like a jerky. It’s yummy!

Cannot rave enough about Slavic moms fish! So delicious, burst of flavors all at once. The smokiness, little kick of spice and slight sweetness with a balanced saltiness.. I am in heaven. Perfect by itself, even better when paired/topped wirh with kettle chips or on top of sourdough and toppings of your choice. Yum!!! So worth the wait
