Cute idea, but cheaply made

The idea behind these products is cute, but found it to be overpriced for the quality of the product that was received. The embossing was also not very crisp and the gold bled outside the lettering. Did not receive a response from the Seller when asking whether they could assist with

Nice product - poor presentation

I purchased a personalised wallet for a leaving gift. The product was nice, however; the leather could be smoother, it almost doesn’t look like leather, looks a little cheap. The pink satin bag the wallet came in was very cheap looking. I questioned should o even give the gift in that bag! Olivia and Co should look at Mimco and other personalised leather product specialists for presentation, their dust bags are not cheap and garish.
